1.Fresh broccoli and couscous salad for summer

We suggest including broccoli regularly in your dishes, as it is rich in sulforaphane, a chemical compound that helps regulate fat metabolism. 

Couscous (you can prepare it with water only), cook broccoli and carrots and cut into small pieces, grind 5 to 7 almonds and mix everything. You can add some beans (from a jar) and a couple of spoonfuls of EVOO, salt and pepper. 

With only 6 ingredients you will have a balanced dish with the necessary nutrients that your body needs.
